  • Brendan is the Owner and Principal Physiotherapist of Dynamic with a love of treating all types of acute and chronic injuries and has a particular interest in Sports related injuries and performance. Having played high level rugby for most of his life, Brendan understands the demands placed on an athlete and aims to work with you to build a plan to ensure you have the tools to perform at your best, no matter the sport or environment you find yourself in.

    With a strong involvement in sport, Brendan is currently the head physio at a number of local and National sporting clubs including St Patrick’s old boys Rugby Club, Drummoyne Dirty Reds Rugby Club and Drummoyne Water Polo in the Australian Water Polo League.

    In 2020 he also had the pleasure to have worked with Water Polo Australia Men’s team, Australian and NSWIS Rowing and Para-Olympic teams in Preparation for Tokyo 2020

    Brendan has previously worked with NSW Speed Blitz Blues, NSW Suburban Rugby Representative team and West Harbour Rugby.

    Brendan’s main focus is on improving mobility & movement, building strength to decrease pain and improve performance.

Danielle Le Gros
Physiotherapist

  • Danielle has always been movement-oriented, competing in zone athletics throughout school including netball, and studying ballet, tap and contemporary dance leading to stage performances over many years.

    Finding herself in Australia and having children young, Danielle re-trained to re-enter the workforce focussing on her love of sport, becoming a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She utilised this industry as a pathway to enter University as a mature age student.

    Danielle completed her Exercise and Sport Science degree at the Australian Catholic University, where she gained a passion and appreciation for human movement and wanted to be able to use this knowledge to help her community in a more meaningful way. She successfully gained a place at The University of Sydney and went on to complete her Masters of Physiotherapy.

    Danielle has been working in private practice learning how everyday injuries can impact people’s lives and how she can help restore pain-free function via therapy, load management and physical movement.

    She has completed her APA dry needling course and plans to undertake more courses to continue to broaden her knowledge.

    Outside of the clinic, Danielle enjoys keeping fit participating in HIIT classes, regular weightlifting and running. She also still works in the fitness industry helping people move better during exercise, and works with local netball teams for pre-season testing, in-season fitness training, and injury management.

Amadu Pessima

  • Originally hailing from Southern California, Amadu is passionate about human movement, particularly in strength and conditioning, speed and agility. He enjoys working with patients across life’s journey, helping them to regain and build the tools to alleviate pain and improve function.

    His journey to becoming a physiotherapist started with earning an Associate’s Degree in Mathematics and Sciences as well as an Associate’s in Humanities while at Mt San Antonio College (Mt SAC), in Walnut, California.

    Amadu then went on to complete a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science, from California State University San Bernardino.

    He learnt to build his knowledge around exercise programs and sports performance, and how to accurately assess client’s anthropometry and biomechanics, at the same time becoming a leader and member of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity INC.

    His journey finally brought him to Australia, where he completed his Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney.

    Along his career journey, Amadu has worked with Norths Basketball Youth Program, as well as team Mali in the African Football Cup. He

  • In a previous life, Emma has been a professional horse rider, personal trainer and an office manager, all whilst juggling a massage career on the side. Her wealth and variety of knowledge and personal experience, means she truly understands what the demands of life can throw at us and the importance of taking care of ones physical and mental health.

    Emma is hard-working and passionate about massage and what she can do to help every patient. In both her academic and professional life, she has always been someone who is results driven and if those results don't arise, she endeavors to problem solve and increase her knowledge and skills to help create better outcomes for all.

  • Growing up with a mother who was also a Physiotherapist, Georgia’s interest was piqued from a young age. Combined with her passion for sport, health and helping others, Physiotherapy was a natural career choice.

    Georgia’s love of sport and movement has seen her compete in a variety of sports including swimming, soccer and more notably, Water Polo. She is an Elite athlete, having been a part of the NSWIS, junior and senior Australian Water Polo squads, as well as currently co-captaining and competing for Drummoyne in the Australian Water Polo League, where she has played since she was a junior. With this level of personal experience, she truly understands the demands that Elite sport has on the body.

    She has also been on the other side of this, having worked with the Under 16 Australian Water Polo team on their World Championships tour. 

    Georgia chose to pursue private practice Physiotherapy because she has a true interest and love for building real connections and trust with her patients, to understand them better and ultimately, help them achieve their goals.

    She has a passion for getting people back to what they love, whether that be sport, activity, or daily life. She believes movement is medicine and wants to help all people reach their potential and improve their quality of life.

    Outside of work you’ll catch Georgia in the gym, playing sport or watching it. And if she’s not there, she will be baking up a storm in the kitchen! She plans to continue to build on her experience and knowledge, by pursuing further study in to Women’s health and Sports Physio.

  • Morgan is an elite athlete, representing Australia in the Women’s Water Polo team. Post graduation, she spent a season abroad playing for a club in the top Greek league and the Euroleague.

    She comes to us with experience working with sporting related injuries, orthopaedic patients, gerontology, neurology and general wards.

    Morgan is passionate in the area of Women's Health and developing her knowledge and skills through practice and courses to bring you the most up to date treatment plan.

    Morgan believes movement is medicine and attention is in the detail and strives to get her clients back to doing what they love!

Zenia Starr

  • Zenia graduated as a physiotherapist from Sydney University with a first class honours in 2011. Completing her final year thesis on the reliability and validity of clinical and radiological tests used to diagnose Femoral Acetabular Impingement, a painful condition of the hip.

    Zenia currently works part-time in age-care and part-time in Private Practice. Her interests include cricket, playing guitar and the world of theatre and screen which she dabbles into occasionally

  • Annmarie is a highly qualified Nutritionist and Naturopath, having graduated from the University of Western Sydney with both undergraduate and post graduate degrees and holds a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition.

    She is highly passionate about complementary medicine and has been on the board of professional associations as well as currently lecturing Nutrition and Naturopathy students. Annmarie treats every patient as an individual and thoroughly believes in the holistic approach to health. She is a passionate, caring and knowledgeable practitioner who believes in patient education and empowerment.
